Why I chose this dish?...Originality.
One thing I noticed in restaurants here..Is that they don’t use the original recipe of any dish. For example, I almost never tasted a real César salad in this country with the original César dressing...I’m talking anchovies; egg yolk, mustard, lemon juice and fine olive oil. What they do here is a mix of yogurt and mayonnaise. The same thing noticed with veal piñata. Now what I’m saying is that your gonna count on me doing the original recipe in every popular r dish coming from any region in the world.
